Cookie Biggs: Old Media, New Media Work Together

Anne (Cookie) Biggs, an independent professional writer and business consultant providing communications services to area companies, organizations and individuals, will present at the 2012 SoMeBizLife Conference as a member of a panel discussion “Making the May-September Relationship of New Media-Old Media Work for Your Clients.” The panel is part of the Social Media Professionals Track and also includes Maria Martino Evans, president of Martino Evans Clear/Concise/Communication along with track moderator and video expert Rick Toone of Shoot Better  Video.

Cookie will speak from her experience of more than 30 years in journalism, public relations, business writing and teaching effective writing skills to executives. She wrote Through Their Eyes: A Story of Doylestown Hospital, which combined her passions for local history, preserving personal narratives and connecting events and outcomes. She serves on the board of the Bucks County Foodshed Alliance, a nonprofit that works to strengthen our local farming economy and improve availability of local, sustainably grown food.
