My expertise is focused on customer-centric operations and technology across all channels with particular industry focus on Outsourcing, Financial Services, Telecommunications and Technology. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking at several industry events, including Gartner and Frost & Sullivan contact center conferences on topics ranging from quality management best practices to leveraging customer analytics for consumer insight.
