Bio

Detlev Ansinn (“Det”) has been writing software for nearly 30 years with almost 20 years applying his expertise as a consultant. From corporate IT to venture backed start-ups, Mr. Ansinn has built his reputation on his ability to align technology solutions with business needs and process improvement. To each project, product, and company he develops, Mr. Ansinn applies his significant knowledge and depth to create innovative, sustainable, and business-focused solutions using the latest technologies.

Prior to founding IT consulting firm BrickSimple LLC in 2002, Mr. Ansinn held the position of Chief Architect for a Delaware Valley-based consulting firm. There, he provided the technical leadership and business focus that grew the organization from a single developer to a staff of over 85 technology personnel within five years. His experience also includes executive leadership positions in corporate IT, work with Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW), and cutting-edge industrial automation/manufacturing applications.

An active member of the community, Mr. Ansinn serves as President of Doylestown Borough Council, is past Board President of the Bucks County Free Library, and currently serves on the county’s Open Space Review Board.Mr. Ansinn has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
